Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the project leader in a field experiment on behavioural nudging for enhancing ESG practices in the hospitality industry.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Research Fellows/Project Fellows: doctoral degree with at least three years of postdoctoral research experience or equivalent.
- Research Associates/Project Associates: master's degree or good honours degree with three or more years of research/relevant work experience.
- Research Assistants/Project Assistants: honours degree or equivalent qualification.
- Academic background in business or computing disciplines (Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science).
- Research interests in ESG, green finance, economic sustainability, environmental economy, fintech, machine learning, or AI.
Appointment
- Full-time / Part-time — 12 months initially with possibility of further appointment.
