Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct research independently with the Principal Investigator in educational settings.
- Perform systematic reviews of literature and focus-group interviews in multicultural schools.
- Develop study designs and manage project timelines and research outcomes.
- Collect, manage, analyze, and interpret data for research projects.
- Prepare research reports and academic papers for publication.
- Train and supervise research assistants on project tasks.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Master's degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, Cognitive Science or equivalent with 3 years' related work experience, or a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.
- Demonstrate solid statistical and computing skills.
- Possess effective written and oral communication in Chinese (mainly Cantonese) and English.
- Show ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams.
- Prior research experience in educational settings is advantageous.
Appointment
- Full-time contract until 31 August 2026, with possibility of renewal.
