Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with the Principal Investigator to conduct research in a predominantly independent manner.
- Conduct systematic reviews of literature and focus-group interviews in schools with multicultural students at pre-primary and primary levels.
- Develop study designs and oversee the timeline of project research outcomes.
- Manage data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
- Prepare research reports and research papers.
- Train research assistants and perform other assigned duties.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Master's degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, Cognitive Science or equivalent with 3 years' related work experience, or a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.
- Possess solid statistical and computing skills.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills in written and oral Chinese (mainly Cantonese) and English.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team to conduct educational research.
- Relevant research experience in educational settings is advantageous.
Appointment
- Full-time contract until 31 August 2026, with possibility of renewal.
