Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct research independently with the Principal Investigator on educational topics.
- Perform systematic reviews of literature and focus-group interviews in multicultural school settings.
- Develop study designs and oversee project timelines and research outcomes.
- Manage data collection, analysis, interpretation, and prepare research reports and papers.
- Train research assistants and perform other assigned duties.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Master's degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, Cognitive Science or equivalent with 3 years' related work experience, or a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.
- Possess solid statistical and computing skills.
- Demonstrate effective written and oral communication in Chinese (mainly Cantonese) and English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to conduct educational research.
- Research experience in educational settings is advantageous.
Appointment
- Full-time contract from September 2026 to August 31, 2027, with possibility of renewal.
