Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct research and oversee implementation of a large-scale neurodiversity initiative project for primary schools in Hong Kong.
- Devise and design research studies and evaluation frameworks.
- Perform administrative tasks supporting the research-cum-intervention project.
- Supervise junior researchers and research assistants.
- Manage and coordinate a research team to achieve project objectives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a PhD or MPhil degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate proficiency in advanced statistical software (R, Stata, or Python), MS Excel, and Chinese typing.
- Have experience implementing community or educational research projects.
- Show proven ability to supervise junior researchers and research assistants.
- Demonstrate leadership in managing and coordinating research teams.
Appointment
- Full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
