Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end research projects in metabolic diseases from biomarker discovery to novel therapeutic development.
- Design and implement translational research strategies using multi-omics approaches to identify and prioritize novel biomarkers and drug targets.
- Design and perform biomedical experiments including cell-based assays, molecular biology techniques, and biostatistical analysis for therapeutic discovery and target validation.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ph.D. degree, preferably in molecular biology, immunology, biotechnology, or related disciplines.
- Prior postdoctoral or industry experience in the aforementioned disciplines is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with proven ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
Appointment
- Contract — 1-year temporary basis or 2- to 3-year fixed-term basis, with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
