Duties & Responsibilities

Design and devise research studies and evaluation frameworks for a large-scale mental health and well-being project in primary schools.
Perform administrative tasks supporting the research and intervention project.
Supervise junior researchers and research assistants.
Manage and coordinate a research team to achieve project objectives.

Hold a Ph.D. or MPhil degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
Demonstrate proficiency in advanced statistical software (R, Stata, or Python), MS Excel, and Chinese typing.
Have experience implementing community or educational research projects (advantageous).
Show proven ability to supervise junior researchers and lead research teams.

Full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
Contract-end gratuity and University contribution to retirement benefits scheme (10% for Assistant Research Officer, 15% for Research Officer).

Rank (Research Officer or Assistant Research Officer) determined by applicant's qualifications and experience.
