Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct literature reviews, manage data, and analyze findings in community health projects.
- Draft research reports and supervise junior research staff on database construction and analytical work.
- Monitor NGO data collection compliance and support administrative tasks including procurement and IRB applications.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a PhD or Master's degree in Nursing, Social Sciences, Social Work, Statistics, Public Health, or related fields.
- Have at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrate fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese).
- Possess strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills with experience in community health research preferred.
- Experience with SPSS quantitative analysis or qualitative research is advantageous.
Appointment
- Full-time, fixed-term contract of one or two years with possible renewal subject to funding and performance.
