Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct literature reviews and manage data in community health projects.
- Perform data analysis and draft research reports.
- Train and supervise junior research staff in database construction and analytical work.
- Check compliance with NGO data collection procedures.
- Support administrative tasks including procurement and IRB submissions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a PhD or Master's degree in Nursing, Social Sciences, Social Work, Statistics, Public Health or related field.
- Have at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrate fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese).
- Possess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in community health research, SPSS, and qualitative research is preferred.
Appointment
- Contract — one-year temporary basis or two-year fixed term basis, with possibility of renewal subject to funding and performance.
