Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee the progress of the research project on organic optoelectronics and OLED technology commercialization.
- Conduct data analysis and assist in preparing reports and presentation materials.
- Liaise with industrial partners and potential collaborators.
- Perform other assigned duties as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ph.D. degree in Chemistry, Material Science, Microelectronics, or related disciplines.
- Strong background in organic optoelectronics and/or OLED technology.
- Good publication track record or demonstrated expertise in the research field.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external parties.
- Good analytical skills and fluency in English and Chinese.
Appointment
- Full-time, one-year contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
