Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures on whole-child development in kindergartens.
- Conduct teacher education workshops and lead training sessions.
- Support teachers through collaborative lesson planning and curriculum development.
- Provide consultation on school improvement and Play-based learning approaches.
- Develop school-based curriculum and innovative pedagogical practices with teachers.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 6 years' relevant education sector experience, OR Bachelor's degree with Education postgraduate qualification plus 4 years' experience.
- Proven work experience as an educator or teacher with early childhood education familiarity.
- Ability to consult on school improvement, Play-based learning, and assessment practices.
- Capacity to lead workshops, work independently, and manage pressure.
- Postgraduate diploma or higher degree in Education is advantageous.
Appointment
- Full-time — 1-year contract, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
