Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide regular school-based support to partner schools to strengthen professional capacity of leaders and teachers.
- Support schools in implementing a systematic E-PIE cycle for school self-evaluation.
- Facilitate professional development through collaborative practices, lesson study, consultations, and action learning.
- Conceptualise and disseminate effective school improvement practices through articles, publications, toolkits, and reports.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least ten years of relevant secondary education experience (or six years for SDO II level).
- Substantial experience leading a subject department or functional group with school management and curriculum development responsibilities.
- Strong pedagogical content knowledge in Communication Technology or Science Education with effective teaching strategies and AI integration skills.
- Preference given to candidates with higher degree in relevant discipline, PGM/SGM-equivalent background, proven school improvement track record, and experience in junior form Science teaching.
