Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee and strategically implement a large-scale neurodiversity initiative project for primary schools.
Design and deliver programmes to foster neurodiversity culture among primary school students.
Provide consultation and professional support to educators and parents on student well-being.
Deliver training sessions and workshops for educators, parents, and students.
Offer coaching and support to the multidisciplinary project team.

Hold a master's degree or higher in educational psychology or a related field eligible for clinical practice.
Have at least three years of relevant work experience.
Demonstrate strong analytical and organisational skills with experience managing research or community projects.
Possess excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese.
Preferred: experience in consultation and coaching for multidisciplinary teams, school-based work, or an additional postgraduate diploma in education.

Full-time, fixed-term contract for two years with contract-end gratuity of up to 15% of basic salary; possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
