Duties & Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement and enhance AI-enabled systems, digital platforms and application services.
Assist in system integration across ERP platforms, web applications, portals, APIs and e-learning platforms.
Develop and deploy production GenAI solutions including RAG architectures, AI assistants and autonomous workflow agents.
Coordinate with users, IT teams and vendors to translate technical needs into practical solutions.
Contribute to technical standards, documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support responsible AI adoption, data protection and risk management across the School.

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI or related field.
At least 7 years' relevant experience in software development, system integration, solution delivery or IT service management.
Proficiency in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript and REST/GraphQL API design.
Practical knowledge of AI, machine learning and Generative AI solution design or integration.
Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, vector databases, LLM orchestration frameworks and agentic workflows.
Experience with enterprise cloud AI services such as Azure OpenAI or Google Cloud Vertex AI.
Solid understanding of database architecture, system security, identity management and CI/CD DevOps workflows.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, project coordination, communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
