Duties & Responsibilities

Provide chairside support and manage dental surgery assistants and clinic assistants daily.
Perform chairside dental assisting during patient procedures.
Train and supervise dental auxiliary staff.
Manage equipment, instrument sterilization, and surgical turnover.
Prepare rosters and clinical reports.
Manage clinical resources and perform other assigned duties.

Hold a Certificate of Proficiency in Dental Surgery Assisting from a recognized institute or equivalent.
Achieve 5 passes in HKCEE (including English, Chinese, and Mathematics) or equivalent HKDSEE results.
Have at least 15 years' post-qualification experience in dental surgery assisting.
Demonstrate supervisory experience supporting specialists in a large clinic.
Show strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and make professional judgments.

Full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal; contract-end gratuity and university retirement contribution (up to 10% of base salary); competitive salary based on qualifications and experience; annual leave and medical benefits provided.
