Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee operation of the Dental Care Training Centre.
- Supervise oral care workshops, seminars, and dental screening services.
- Provide academic leadership in programme design, validation, and quality assurance.
- Supervise Dental Officers, Dental Hygienists, and Dental Surgery Assistants.
- Prepare interim and annual performance reports.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a recognised degree in Dentistry with post-graduate and professional qualifications.
- Be registered as a Dentist in Hong Kong with a valid practicing certificate.
- Have at least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrate strong academic leadership and good academic standing.
- Possess excellent management, entrepreneurial, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Be proficient in English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua.
