Duties & Responsibilities

Lead a project team managing electrical and mechanical projects for capital works and campus renovations.
Manage building services deliverables from project inception to completion.
Liaise with team members, departments, consultants, contractors, and statutory bodies.
Identify technical and design deficiencies in building services systems.
Provide professional support for system installation, commissioning, and performance testing.
Contribute to campus energy conservation and carbon footprint reduction projects.
Prepare technical reports and budget proposals.

Bachelor's degree in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum eight years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge of building services design, statutory requirements, and Codes of Practice.
Proficiency in computer-aided design (AutoCAD).
Strong written and spoken English and Chinese language skills.
Self-motivated with good communication abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and work effectively as a team member.
Experience managing government-funded capital/improvement projects is advantageous.

Fixed-term contract of two years; re-appointment subject to performance review, mutual agreement, and funding availability.
