Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide execution support for planning, coordinating, and implementing communication and promotion initiatives including PR, events, digital marketing, and branding projects.
  • Support event management including organization, logistics, on-site assistance, and coordination tasks.
  • Support PR initiatives by liaising with media, handling inquiries, arranging interviews, and organizing press conferences.
  • Develop press collaterals and promotional content for print, online, and social media platforms.
  • Create engaging content and manage social media platforms including postings, monitoring, and responses.
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations and effective communications.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 3 to 5 years of full-time work experience in event management, communications, marketing, public relations, or related field.
  • Experience in marketing, PR, or event management agencies preferred.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • Outstanding project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Mature mindset with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Keen learner with curious mindset and willingness to explore new ideas and contribute proactively.

Appointment

  • Full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance; includes contract-end gratuity and University contribution to retirement benefits scheme totalling up to 10% of basic salary.
