Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and execution support for communication and promotion initiatives including PR, events, and digital marketing.
  • Assist in video production from planning and shooting to basic editing and asset management.
  • Manage the Faculty's Mainland social media channels including WeChat Official Account and Xiaohongshu (RED).
  • Organise seminars, events, and press conferences with logistics coordination.
  • Develop engaging content and manage social media platforms including monitoring and responding to posts.
  • Assist with media inquiries and conduct daily media monitoring.
  • Prepare press collaterals and promotional content across print and online platforms.
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal departments and external parties for project management.
  • Undertake general administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related disciplines.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in communications, social media marketing, and public relations.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proactive, can-do attitude with strong eagerness to learn.
  • Hands-on experience with WeChat Official Account and Xiaohongshu (RED) is advantageous.
  • Fresh graduates with good academic background will be considered.

Appointment

  • Full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal; includes contract-end gratuity and University retirement benefits contribution up to 10% of basic salary.
