Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage addition, alteration, and renovation projects on campus and related off-campus locations.
  • Prepare briefs, development proposals, and conceptual designs for improvement projects.
  • Manage and review design and technical proposals from consultants and contractors.
  • Liaise with government departments, stakeholders, and users regarding campus projects.
  • Prepare tender documents and assist in the tendering process for consultancy and works contracts.
  • Monitor project progress and supervise contractor work to maintain safety and quality standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Hold a recognized degree or equivalent in building services, architecture, interior design, building surveying, or related disciplines.
  • Have minimum 5 years of relevant experience in renovations or alteration works.
  • Demonstrate strong planning, organization, and interpersonal skills with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Command excellent written and verbal English and Chinese, with Putonghua proficiency as an advantage.
  • Possess excellent computer skills in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software.
  • University or institutional project management experience is advantageous; knowledge of Building Information Modelling or 3D modelling software is advantageous.
