Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee financial planning, management, budgetary control, and financial forecasting for the Faculty.
Provide financial advice and ensure compliance with University policies and regulations.
Prepare management reports and analyses to support strategic decision-making and budget reviews.
Monitor staff costs and prepare manpower plans to support Faculty development.
Oversee space planning and coordinate with the Estates Office on renovation and development projects.
Manage budgeting and expenditure control for facility improvement projects.
Oversee outside practice management, including policy updates and annual reporting.
Assist in contract reviews to facilitate research and institutional development.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
At least 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in universities or large organisations.
Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
Professional qualification from HKICPA or other recognised professional accounting bodies.
Proven experience in full spectrum of financial management and budget control.
Strong leadership and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
