Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead finance transformation initiatives and support Oracle ERP adoption through systems review and data migration validation.
- Manage financial planning, analysis, accounting, and capital project monitoring while improving processes.
- Provide strategic financial advice to departments and develop financial reporting frameworks.
- Enhance reporting efficiency through automation of month-end closing, budgeting, and fixed asset management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a degree and membership of a recognised professional accounting body with minimum 10 years' experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle, Hyperion, and Power BI with strong project management skills.
- Possess excellent written and spoken English and Chinese language skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Prior audit firm experience is advantageous; shortlisted candidates must complete a proficiency test.
Appointment
- Full-time fixed-term contract of 2 to 3 years, subject to mutual agreement and funding availability.
