Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the HR section through strategic organizational change.
- Manage recruitment, compensation, performance management, and employee relations.
- Oversee implementation of HR management systems and improve work processes.
- Handle policy development, committee work, and complex HR issues.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or higher qualification.
- Minimum 7 years of HR management and supervisory experience in sizeable organizations.
- Fluent English and Chinese (including Putonghua) with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of employment law and ordinances; tertiary education experience is advantageous.
Appointment
- Fixed-term contract ending in August 2027, with further appointment subject to mutual agreement.
