Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the HR section through strategic organizational change.
  • Manage recruitment, compensation, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Oversee implementation of HR management systems and improve work processes.
  • Handle policy development, committee work, and complex HR issues.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or higher qualification.
  • Minimum 7 years of HR management and supervisory experience in sizeable organizations.
  • Fluent English and Chinese (including Putonghua) with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of employment law and ordinances; tertiary education experience is advantageous.

Appointment

  • Fixed-term contract ending in August 2027, with further appointment subject to mutual agreement.
