Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues including complaints, grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct investigations and oversee case handling for HR matters.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies aligned with legal requirements and organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with HR teams, faculties, departments, and other units to ensure consistency and compliance.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree minimum; higher degree in law or related field preferred.
- 8+ years of professional HR management or administration experience, preferably in employee relations.
- Training or certification in counseling, negotiation, or conflict resolution is a plus.
- Ability to independently manage complex employee relations issues with sound judgment and analytical skills.
- Experience in policy formulation and implementation with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
Appointment
- Full-time fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance; to commence as soon as possible.
