Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues including complaints, grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct investigations and oversee case handling for HR matters.
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies aligned with legal requirements and organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR teams, faculties, departments, and other units to ensure consistency and compliance.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree minimum; higher degree in law or related field preferred.
  • 8+ years of professional HR management or administration experience, preferably in employee relations.
  • Training or certification in counseling, negotiation, or conflict resolution is a plus.
  • Ability to independently manage complex employee relations issues with sound judgment and analytical skills.
  • Experience in policy formulation and implementation with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.

Appointment

  • Full-time fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance; to commence as soon as possible.
