Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise an HR team providing business partnering support to various faculties and departments.
- Review, develop, and implement HR policies and procedures in designated areas.
- Drive improvements to HR procedures and operations.
- Handle non-routine business independently and resolve problems using expertise and sound judgment.
- Support the university's strategic initiatives and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and minimum 8 years' senior-level HR experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Putonghua preferred).
- Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills with demonstrated influencing ability.
- University setting experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Appointment
- Full-time fixed-term contract for 2 years with possibility of renewal.
- Competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
