Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervise an HR team providing business partnering support to various faculties and departments.
  • Review, develop, and implement HR policies and procedures in designated areas.
  • Drive improvements to HR procedures and operations.
  • Handle non-routine business independently and resolve problems using expertise and sound judgment.
  • Support the university's strategic initiatives and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 8 years' senior-level HR experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Putonghua preferred).
  • Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills with demonstrated influencing ability.
  • University setting experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Appointment

  • Full-time fixed-term contract for 2 years with possibility of renewal.
  • Competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
  • Contract-end gratuity provided.
  • University retirement benefits contribution of 15% (Senior Manager) or 10% (Manager) of basic salary.
