Duties & Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities, staff training and development, and benefits administration.
- Compile HR reports and assist with data extraction, processing and analysis.
- Support the development and implementation of HR technology solutions to streamline processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
- At least three years of HR operations experience.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese.
- Competency in computing applications and data extraction, processing and analysis.
- Preference given to those proficient in HRMS platforms and data migration tools.
Appointment
- Fixed-term contract ending in August 2027; re-appointment subject to mutual agreement and funding availability.
