Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide human resources services in recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, staff communication and engagement, training and development, and HCMS.
- Assist in the implementation and enhancement of HCMS and HR projects.
- Assist in the formulation and review of human resources policies and procedures.
- Provide executive support to human resources-related committees.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines.
- Good knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, data privacy regulations, and related legislations.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
- Proficiency in Excel and other computer software applications, including HCMS.
