Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and optimization of an enterprise Human Capital Management system across the organization.
- Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to integrate the system and manage user acceptance testing.
- Design workflows and improve HR processes to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
- Engage key stakeholders throughout system migration and implementation initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience with HCM projects and strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment law and data privacy regulations.
- Fluency in English and Chinese with advanced Excel skills.
