Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation and optimization of an enterprise Human Capital Management system across the organization.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to integrate the system and manage user acceptance testing.
  • Design workflows and improve HR processes to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Engage key stakeholders throughout system migration and implementation initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience with HCM projects and strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment law and data privacy regulations.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese with advanced Excel skills.
