Duties & Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and maintain the cloud ERP system while monitoring its performance and availability.
- Develop data migration strategies, manage ETL processes, and coordinate conversion events.
- Perform database maintenance tasks including backups, indexing, and performance tuning.
- Develop API interfaces, manage system security patching, and provide user account provisioning support.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in IT Application System and Server Management.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures.
