Duties & Responsibilities

Lead modernisation and stabilisation of the application portfolio, including migrating legacy systems to strategic platforms.
Define target application and integration architecture in collaboration with architecture, infrastructure, and security teams.
Lead selection, implementation, and integration of new strategic applications while decommissioning legacy systems.
Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, and governance for transformation initiatives.
Serve as subject matter expert overseeing the applications team and supervising internal staff and external system integrators.
Lead requirements gathering with business users and translate needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Develop tender specifications and support procurement processes for vendors and consultants.
Drive continuous application enhancement and innovation aligned with school objectives.
