Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead strategic IT system modernisation initiatives including phased upgrades to legacy Student Information Systems.
- Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, and governance for transformation initiatives.
- Serve as subject matter expert supervising internal teams and external consultants while gathering business requirements.
- Coordinate with Infrastructure and Security teams, evaluate vendors, and monitor system performance metrics.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field with minimum 10 years' experience in IT systems modernisation and migration.
- Demonstrated leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement abilities; PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of IT systems in tertiary education settings is advantageous.
