Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead a team of IT professionals in developing, administering, and operating the University's IT infrastructure and systems.
- Oversee campus network and data communication including core network, subnets, cabling, Wi-Fi, firewall, and VPN.
- Manage servers and systems administration with accountability for service availability, performance, resilience, and security controls.
- Assist in planning, formulating, and implementing IT strategies, policies, and infrastructure projects.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a recognized degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Possess substantial experience managing IT infrastructure, preferably in campus networking, Wi-Fi, server farms, and storage.
- Demonstrate solid and extensive experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects.
- Have hands-on experience with enterprise solutions such as NetIQ IAM, SharePoint, Exchange, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD.
