Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop self-instructional materials and online/blended courses using effective instructional design strategies.
- Manage project planning and course development activities across the university.
- Guide faculty in selecting and implementing instructional technologies aligned with pedagogical goals.
- Deliver seminars and workshops on instructional design, educational technologies, and AI competency.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to implement innovative instructional design strategies.
- Supervise and mentor instructional design staff.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of instructional design strategies and make improvement recommendations.
- Design and organize learning and teaching events.
