Duties & Responsibilities

Deliver nursing training courses and perform teaching-related duties.
Develop and update teaching materials, handouts, trainer's guides, and lesson plans.
Attend teaching meetings and maintain student attendance and result records.
Ensure training quality meets institute standards and Marine Department examination syllabus.
Assist in overseeing the institute's Quality Management System (QMS) and Safety Management System (SMS).
Act as Lead Auditor to conduct internal audits for QMS and SMS compliance.
Lead industrial and duty visits to gather industry intelligence and best practices.
Participate in safety inspections and maintain first-aid kits and safety inventories.

Hold a recognised higher diploma in Nursing or equivalent.
Have at least 6 years' relevant experience in hospitals or teaching roles with medical organisations.
Be a qualified Registered Nurse or First Aid Instructor, preferably with Hong Kong Nursing Board registration.
Demonstrate good presentation skills and proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
Have proficiency in computer software applications.
Be able to pass a trade test.
