Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage IT projects from planning to closure while ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Lead development of mobile and web applications and oversee AI/LLM solution development.
- Manage the university-wide corporate portal platform and supervise third-party vendors.
- Lead cross-functional IT teams to resolve system issues and identify automation opportunities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
- Have minimum 10 years of experience with at least 8 years in system development and implementation.
- Demonstrate proven project management experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Possess technical expertise in mobile application development, database management, and AI/LLM projects.
