Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee preparation and development of the Allied Health Assistant Training Centre.
Lead initiation, development, and accreditation of new services and programmes.
Serve as Programme Leader on programme boards, examination boards, and academic committees.
Maintain standards and quality of training programmes.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for centre development.
Provide leadership in project formulation, implementation, and promotional strategies.
Deliver teaching duties and supervise student projects.

Hold a recognised degree in Chinese Medicine with post-graduate and professional qualifications preferred.
Be a registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner in Hong Kong with valid practicing certificate.
Have at least 5 years' post-registration clinical experience, preferably in Orthopedics and Traumatology.
Demonstrate strong academic leadership and capability to advance Health and Life Sciences initiatives.
Possess good networking skills and ability to establish stakeholder linkages.
Have strong management, entrepreneurial, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Be proficient in English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua.
