Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach courses and develop academic programmes within the Business division.
- Lead quality assurance and enhancement initiatives across programmes.
- Supervise staff and manage programme admissions and student development.
- Provide academic leadership through committee service.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a doctoral degree in a related discipline.
- Demonstrate substantial teaching experience and programme management at leadership level.
- Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and knowledge of quality assurance in higher education.
- Preferred: experience in self-financing tertiary institutions and active research engagement.
Appointment
- Full-time — fixed-term contract of three years.
