Duties & Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and deliver psychology courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Coordinate programmes and ensure alignment with academic and professional standards.
Supervise practicum, internships, and honours projects with mentorship connecting theory to practice.
Engage with professional bodies and community networks to foster collaboration and experiential learning.
Participate in School, University, and community service activities.

Hold a doctorate in Psychology with a recognized professional qualification in Counselling Psychology.
Have at least five years of post-qualification practice in counselling psychology or related mental health profession.
Demonstrate strong academic achievements and leadership in higher education.
Show significant experience in teaching, programme development, postgraduate supervision, and curriculum innovation.
Have proven experience supervising fieldwork in counselling or mental health contexts.
