Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate courses in management and talent development.
- Conduct research and consultancy services for the Centre of Human Resources Strategy and Development.
- Supervise student projects and coordinate programme administration.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a doctoral degree from a reputable university.
- Have substantial applied organizational/industry research experience and higher education teaching experience.
- Possess advanced training in data analytics and familiarity with Greater Bay Area labour markets.
Appointment
- Full-time — Fixed-term contract of 2 years, with re-appointment subject to mutual agreement.
