Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach courses in areas such as Computer-aided Translation, Business Translation, Translation and Technology, Interpreting, and Translation and Culture.
- Contribute to bilingual education in Chinese and English with emphasis on both translation as profession and academic discipline.
- Engage with the socio-cultural environment of Chinese and English languages in teaching and research.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Master's degree in Translation Studies or related disciplines required.
- Minimum eight years of substantial university teaching experience required for Senior Lecturer position.
- Excellent command of both Chinese and English is essential; competence in Cantonese and Putonghua is advantageous.
Appointment
