Duties & Responsibilities

Deliver lectures and practical sessions on music technology including professional software like Unity, Unreal Engine, Wwise, and FMOD.
Teach AI applications in music creation, sound design, and production workflows.
Instruct students in advanced audio processing and immersive audio technologies such as Dolby Atmos.
Develop and update curriculum and assessment materials aligned with industry trends.
Support student learning through supervision of projects, portfolios, and academic guidance.
Participate in scholarly activities and provide administrative support for the programme.

Hold a Master's degree (preferably Doctoral) in Sound, Music Technology, or related fields.
Have at least 3 years of teaching experience at tertiary level or relevant industry experience.
Demonstrate proficiency in music production software including Unity, Unreal Engine, Wwise, FMOD, and AI-based tools.
Possess advanced knowledge of sound engineering and immersive audio formats like Dolby Atmos.
Have basic coding/programming experience in music technology environments such as Max/MSP or Pure Data.
Maintain current understanding of industry trends in music technology and creative industries.
Be fluent in English and Putonghua with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Meet one language criterion: native Putonghua speaker, Bachelor's degree taught in Putonghua, 3+ years work experience in Putonghua region, or PSC Grade B/Level B2 or above.
