Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach and support students in the Master of Science in Ecological and Cultural Management of Urban Forests programme.
- Develop curriculum and create teaching, learning, and assessment materials.
- Participate in academic and scholarly activities of the department.
- Assist in formulating learning strategies and curriculum development for at least one specialized module.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a recognised doctoral degree in Horticulture, Geography, Environmental Science, Botany, Ecology, Landscape Management, Urban Planning, or a related discipline.
- Have solid teaching experience at tertiary level and/or professional practice experience in related fields.
- Have experience supervising Final Year Projects and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrate high proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
- Meet one of four specified Putonghua language criteria (mother tongue, degree medium of instruction, work experience, or PSC test result).
