Duties & Responsibilities

Provide academic leadership in programme design, curriculum planning, and accreditation of nursing programmes.
Build partnerships with industry and academic partners to facilitate programme development.
Engage with stakeholders to support professional accreditation in nursing and healthcare.
Develop and review quality policies to maintain programme standards.
Act as Programme Leader and serve on Programme Boards and academic committees.
Oversee operational unit management and resource allocation.
Perform teaching duties and supervise student projects and fieldwork placements.
Participate in departmental projects, consultancy services, research, and seminars.

Master's degree in Nursing or healthcare discipline required (doctoral degree highly preferred).
Valid Registered Nurse (Part 1) Practicing Certificate from the Nursing Council of Hong Kong.
Minimum 5 years' experience at appropriate responsibility level in nursing or healthcare.
Strong professional development track record and industry linkages.
Excellent administrative, interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.
Strong presentation skills and high proficiency in English and Chinese (Putonghua preferred).
