Duties & Responsibilities
- Support leadership in planning and executing marketing and community engagement activities.
- Develop and execute thought-leadership events that enhance the University's academic profile.
- Plan and coordinate University events in mainland China aligned with strategic goals.
- Oversee publicity plans and event implementation.
- Organize ceremonial and public activities to promote the University's image.
- Supervise development of marketing collateral including brochures, videos, and decorations.
- Perform ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline.
- Minimum eight years' relevant experience with at least three years in a managerial position.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua with strong storytelling ability.
- Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools, data analytics, social listening, and digital intelligence platforms.
- Ability to manage fast-moving projects and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong integrity, teamwork values, and commitment to excellent service.
- Experience in higher education or service sectors preferred.
- Willingness to work outside regular hours and flexible scheduling.
