Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee venue management, event and hospitality services, and campus management functions.
- Prepare management reports, proposals, and support committee work.
- Conduct periodic reviews of policies, manuals, guidelines, and procedures.
- Perform contract management and ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide emergency responses to campus incidents.
- Undertake special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a recognised degree in a related discipline with relevant professional qualifications.
- Have at least 5 years of experience at managerial level.
- Demonstrate strong engagement, management skills, and strategic thinking.
- Possess good knowledge of relevant statutory regulations and requirements.
- Be self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
- Be an excellent communicator and team player with proficiency in English and Chinese.
Appointment
- Full-time, fixed-term contract of 2 years with re-appointment subject to mutual agreement and funding availability.
