Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee venue management, event and hospitality services, and campus management functions.
  • Prepare management reports, proposals, and support committee work.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of policies, manuals, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Perform contract management and ensure compliance with contract terms.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide emergency responses to campus incidents.
  • Undertake special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Hold a recognised degree in a related discipline with relevant professional qualifications.
  • Have at least 5 years of experience at managerial level.
  • Demonstrate strong engagement, management skills, and strategic thinking.
  • Possess good knowledge of relevant statutory regulations and requirements.
  • Be self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Be an excellent communicator and team player with proficiency in English and Chinese.

Appointment

  • Full-time, fixed-term contract of 2 years with re-appointment subject to mutual agreement and funding availability.
