Senior Multimedia Technology Manager (ALTO)

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead implementation of new learning and teaching initiatives using AI and latest technologies.
Oversee design, development, enhancement and maintenance of AI systems.
Evaluate software development lifecycle processes, workflows, standards and quality-assurance practices.
Design system architectures and configure/manage servers and cloud infrastructure.
Manage procurement and tendering of IT hardware, software and cloud services.
Supervise Managers and Systems Analysts and monitor their assigned tasks.
Conduct in-house training and assist with professional development for staff.
Undertake other duties as assigned by the Director of ALTO.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or related discipline.
At least 10 years' relevant post-qualification experience in IT project management and application development, preferably in higher education.
In-depth knowledge of modern web technologies including Python, Node.js, TypeScript, Vue.js/React, relational databases and AI applications.
Strong expertise in LMS platforms and cloud infrastructure management.
