Duties & Responsibilities

Provide administrative and promotional support for academic taught and research programs.
Prepare promotional materials and publications, manage websites and social media platforms.
Lead content creation and social media campaigns to increase media exposure and engagement.
Plan and organize seminars, conferences, exhibitions, and information days.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Division leadership.

Hold a bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, event management, business administration, or related field.
Have relevant work experience; Senior Officer rank requires at least four years of relevant experience.
Demonstrate proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and Chinese word processing.
Possess strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred: Knowledge of tertiary education sector in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
