Senior Programme Officer / Programme Officer (part-time)

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to promote the Division's programmes aligned with market trends.
Assist in planning and organizing promotional and marketing activities, special events, and functions.
Create engaging promotional and digital content and manage the Division's social media platforms.
Conduct market research to identify programme promotion opportunities and recommend actions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across promotional materials.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the Division's objectives.

At least five years of administrative/specialist and supervisory experience, preferably in marketing and promotion.
Proficiency in English and Chinese.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated creativity and ability to work as a team player.
Good understanding of Hong Kong's post-secondary education sector, particularly self-financed institutions, is advantageous.
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Programme Officer position.
