Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct research on various precision manufacturing techniques.
- Integrate researched technology with the experimental platform.
- Ensure efficient and timely delivery of manufactured parts.
- Collaborate with the project team and contribute to the entire project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with team members, vendors and service providers.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Doctoral degree plus at least six years of postdoctoral research experience or equivalent.
- Solid knowledge of engineering management and precision manufacturing.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Systematic mindset and strong project management skills.
Appointment
