Senior Project Fellow / Postdoctoral Fellow (Full-time/Part-time)

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist the project leader in conducting user-centered design research for an interdisciplinary preschool physical literacy project.
Develop, prototype, and implement product-spatial intervention strategies and instructional materials.
Co-design and facilitate interactive workshops, capacity-building programs, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Develop educational toolkits, training manuals, and conduct spatial consultations.
Act as project manager overseeing design processes from research through to project completion (Senior Fellow only).
Lead or assist in conducting fieldwork research, user pattern mapping, and spatial observations.
Process recordings, analyze data, and publish research findings and knowledge dissemination materials.

Full-time/Part-time — 24 months initially with possibility of further appointment (several posts available for both Senior Project Fellow and Postdoctoral Fellow positions).
