Duties & Responsibilities

Spearhead planning, design, development and marketing of award-bearing insurance training programmes and professional examinations.
Manage award-bearing and non-award-bearing training programmes.
Support accreditation matters and implement quality assurance policies.
Grow customer base and develop new market opportunities in Hong Kong, Macau and the Mainland.
Achieve annual financial income targets and business results.

Hold a recognised degree or equivalent, preferably in Insurance, Finance or Risk Management.
Have at least 5 years' relevant experience in the insurance or related industry.
Demonstrate in-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and training needs of the local insurance industry.
Have a track record in service selling and account management with an established business network.
Possess good communication and presentation skills with high proficiency in English and Chinese.
