Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in research design, instrument development, and data collection for the chatbot project.
- Support the development and evaluation of AI-enabled learning tools and educational resources.
- Prepare research reports, academic papers, and presentation materials.
- Coordinate project activities and provide administrative support, including ethics applications.
- Liaise with faculty members, students, and collaborating institutions.
- Provide teaching and learning support and perform other assigned duties.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Sociology/Social Work/Social Science or related field plus 3 years post-qualification experience, or a Master's degree plus 1 year post-qualification experience.
- Demonstrate strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Possess good writing skills in English and Chinese with strong computer literacy.
- Be proficient in speaking and understanding Cantonese and Putonghua.
- Have strong knowledge and research skills in statistical software (preferable).
- Experience in educational technology, learning analytics, or AI applications in education is advantageous.
Appointment
- 9-month fixed-term contract.
